Annora translates to honour. Our goal at this restaurant is to procure top quality ingredients and treat them with annora. Fresh and local are both important to showcase beautiful British Columbian cuisine. We take the time to prepare everything in-house to create delicious and unique food.
Aaron has been cooking for over fifteen years. He graduated with honours from the highly acclaimed Dubrulle culinary school. He continued to hone his skills in Vancouver at LIFT restaurant for two years as executive sous chef. Aaron left to become executive chef of Encore Restaurant. Ready for a change, he left to pursue the position of executive chef of eighteen27 where he stayed for three years. From there, Aaron went on to Restaurant 62 and Charcoal until he had the opportunity to start his own business. Much to the locals delight, Annora was born November 2016 and Aaron looks forward to continue to make Annora a destination restaurant.

By far the best food in the valley/ metro Vancouver area. A hidden gem in which I'm sure won't be hidden for long with the food Chef Aaron puts out. Just a big wow!
Without a doubt one of my favourite restaurants, I highly recommend going here! The chef takes care in selecting the best quality ingredients and the plates are beautifully presented! Wishing chef/owner Aaron Turkstra much success!
